The Crown: Soho
The Crown is a central London pub with strong outdoor footfall, looking for a simple solution to offer live music nights for the first time. Their targets were to increase post 9 pm customer retention and drive midweek sales on quieter nights.

At an initial consultation, we viewed the venue and established with the manager that Thursday’s and Saturday’s would be the best days to start with entertainment, to capitalise on work drinks footfall and establish the pub as a venue with the busy weekend crowd.
Successful Entertainment
By maintaining regular communication with the management and our artists, we learned that the older clientele in the venue responded to specific artists playing rock, blues and classics. These artists were then chosen for a regular rotation, and live music has been a great success, with three Rostar artists playing weekly as a key part of The Crown’s entertainment offering, with a significant year on year sales increase on music nights helping the venue to exceed sales targets.
